Se aprueba el Nuevo Decreto Legislativo Nª 1241, que aprueba diversas medidas de simplificación administrativa ha establecido que la Declaración Jurada de nuevo propietario ante la Municipalidad, sólo será obligatorio para el adquiriente bajo cualquier título.

Se ha publicado en el Diario "El Peruano" la Ley N°30524, el 13 de diciembre del 2016, ley aprobada por unanimidad por el Pleno del Congreso de la República la “Ley que Prorroga el Pago del IGV para la Micro y Pequeña Empresa".
